THE ITEM TO BE RETURNED MUST BE IN NEW CONDITION, WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING, INSTRUCTIONS, AND WARRANTY MATERIAL. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING AND SHIPPING THE PRODUCT. ONCE RECEIVED IN LIKE NEW CONDITION WE WILL REFUND THE PURCHASE PRICE, LESS THE ORIGINAL OUTBOUND FREIGHT AND A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.
