If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days. The garment must be returned will all original tags and packaging. Please indicate if an exchange or refund is required. Upon receipt and examination we will exchange the item and dispatch at a charge or issue a refund for the value of the item, minus original postage charges.
Where the goods have been dispatched the cost of return postage is the customer's responsibility and we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
Faulty Goods / Wrong item
All our goods are inspected personally before dispatch. However if you receive a faulty or wrong item please return the item within 7 days, we will offer a full refund or exchange
Refunds and exchanges are not available on underwear or jewellery due to hygiene except where the item is faulty.
