I do my very best to keep shipping costs to a minimum for my customers. The cost of shipping is based solely on the weight of the item and packaging. I do not add shipping charges to my items, with the exception of some international shipments. I generally provide two to three shipping options for each item to allow for flexibility for the customer to pay more and get faster shipping times, or pay less, but receive the item with more time for shipping.

I do combine shipping on all items purchased within four days of the first item, and none of those items are listed as "Free Shipping." Keep in mind, many of my items weigh under 13 ounces, which qualifies them for for "First Class" mail service. A low cost, high speed domestic shipping method. When combining items, the weight combined may go over 13 ounces, making Parcel Post or Priority Mail the two best options, but usually at a higher rate. Because of this, combined shipping may not be the best option in some circumstances.

All of my items are inspected prior to shipment, and many come New In Package (NIP.) Sometimes blemsishes can be missed. Please contact the seller for a possible return before posting feedback so that I can attempt to coordinate a return.    

Buyer's are responsible for shipping costs on all returns. 

A bid or commitment to buy on eBay is considered a contract and you're obligated to purchase the item. Please be certain prior to making your purchase that your pruchase is accurate. It is possible to cancel a transaction at the seller's discretion. The cancelling of a transaction does redeem the seller's final value fees, but does not credit the listing fees.
