We only accept payment by PayPal or credit cards via PayPal.

Payment by PayPal must be submitted within 3 days of sale. If payment or correspondence is not received within 3 days, the sale will become void and the winner will lose all rights to the item.

We ship out items on a daily bases and use Royal Mail, Parcel Force, and Business Post depending on weight and your location, delivery will take 1 to 5 working days(1 working day for Business Post Next Day Service) all parcel's are professionally packed and all product's are UK stocked items.

Without exception we can only ship to the address you supplied through Paypal at the time you made payment to us. This is a necessary security measure.

Winning items will be sent out within 24 hours of cleared funds being received. (Sat. & Sun. excluded.)

It is ONLY possible to combine postage when all of your won items are paid for together with one SINGLE PAYMENT.

We offer a 14 Day returns policy on all new items that are returned unused, unassembled and with undamaged packaging. ALL returns must be authorised by Storm Trade in advance via email and only returns with a valid returns number will be accepted. After inspection, a replacement or refund (minus shipping costs) will be issued. Any return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

As the Buyer, it is your responsibility to thoroughly and carefully read and understand all information in our auction listings, including: Pictures, Titles, Specifications, Condition of Item, Terms of Sale, etc. and to ask any questions before you bid.
