returns due to Buyer Mistakes.

Returns are
accepted only if the item is defective or not working properly. You have 3
calendar days to report any problem. Item must be
returned and received within 14 calendar days.
Please, DO NOT return an item before contacting us. The returns SHOULD have a Return Authorization Number provided
by us. After you have reported a problem, please wait for your Authorization Number. We work with multiple suppliers and all
of them have a different Return Process, that’s why you must contact us FIRST and you will receive the proper
documentation and instructions.
All items must be returned within 3 days after receiving return
instructions. After
we receive your item, we will
process your refund within 3 working days.
PAYMENTS:
- We ONLY accept PayPal. (You may pay via credit card,
debit card, or bank account through PayPal.)
SHIPPING:
- Shipping is FREE !!!
- We ship to the lower 48
- No shipping to AK, HI, Porto Rico, APO/FPO, or international addresses. There
is no local pickup.
- Items will be processed & shipped within 2-3
business days.
- Orders will not ship on weekends or holidays.
- Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address. We are not
responsible for any incorrect or undeliverable address.
- Buyer is responsible for shipping costs for items that are returned,
refused, or undeliverable.
- Confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to the email
address you have provided
RETURNS:
- We offer a 14 day return policy.
- Items must be in original packaging, unopened, unused, including all
accessories.
- Any items returned without original packaging, damaged, or opened
will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
- The reason is that we have to return the product in its best
condition to manufacturers or they charge us a 15% restocking fee.
- Please contact us before returning any item and identify your item
and problem.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost regardless of
situation, because, we will either issue a full refund or ship a replacement to
you for free.
