A wonderful Tartan Plaid napkin ring 1 inch wide 1 3/4 across the opening in excellent shape  The gloss has wear on one of the larger blue diamonds (they are small white spots like the paper was poked ) but still yummy nice I have no idea of what the Tartan is called, we have several pieces of Tartan up for sale.
