Delivery Information
We use a number of well known and reliable couriers available to deliver your order. Once your order has successfully been processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email which will contain information on the shipping time for your order. Once your order is despatched you will receive a noticification via email with your unique tracking number (where available) and the courier contact details. All our courier delivered orders require a signature upon delivery. Our couriers deliver from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. If you aren’t home, a calling card will be left.
Please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or BFPO addresses.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the courier andCustomer Services Team straight away.
Returns policy
If your product is faulty when you receive it or develops a fault within 28 days of purchase, you have the option of an exchange or a full refund. Faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse, exposure to sand and water, or failure to follow the manufacturer's operating instructions are not covered.
Once the faulty product has been sent back to us, our service agents or the manufacturer will verify the fault. This can take a few days. Once the fault is confirmed you will have a choice of a replacement, free repair or a full refund.
If you require a refund then the product must be returned in its original and undamaged packaging with all the accessories and instruction manuals. If the product is not returned in its original packaging, is damaged or has any accessories missing, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge for the missing accessories.
