For shipments to New York addresses, we are required by State law to collect 8.875% Sales Tax.

We use both USPS First-Class and UPS Mail Innovations for processing shipments. The end delivery will be done by USPS. For heavier or larger orders we will try to use USPS Priority where possible and then ultimately UPS Ground.

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days from the day you received the item and we will work out a resolution that is agreeable to both parties. We must receive the return item within 10 days from the day return instruction is provided by our customer service representative.
