The Thermowand is a digital thermometer that is the ideal instrument to help you to cook Your Perfect Steak. It is RHoS Compliant (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) Which means it is free from any toxic substances. Cheap imitation product have flooded the market which are slower, less accurate and are not approved by consumer safety agents. It is simply not worth the risk to both your health and burnt steaks to settle for less. We currently offer the Thermowand in four distinctive colours. Professional kitchens usually buy different colours so as to prevent food cross contamination – i.e. they use red for meat, blue for fish and so on. The Thermowand is ready to use right from the packet. It is fully calibrated and ready to go. It usually comes set to the default of Fahrenheit but with the flick of simple switch you can easily turn it over to Centigrade.Warranty: The Thermowand is covered by a lifetime warranty against technical defects in workmanship. The customer is responsible for returning the item to The Perfect Steak Co where our team will make an assessment and if found to be defective we will either repair or replace the unit under warranty and sent it back to you at no charge. This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from normal wear and tear, water damage, abuse, misuse, accidental breakage, negligence, defects caused by modifications, repair and servicing not made or authorized by Lavatools, damage caused by handling, operating, storing, and using the product outside the intended uses described by our product literature.
