• By Bidding on this item you agree with our Terms and Conditions including warranty and returns policy
• Customers who elect to have the parcel delivered to an address whereby the parcel may be accepted or signed for by a 3rd party (ie. Workplace, hotel, office building) accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the parcel once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.
• Furthermore if your parcel is delivered to an address (that you supplied) which turns out to be incorrect, and the parcel is accepted by a 3rd party - You accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the parcel once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.
• If you ask that the parcel be left at the Front or back door - You accept all responsibility for location and recovery of the parcel once the carrier has reported delivery to that address.
• If your parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us and we will followup with the freight company.
• Once an order is on its way we will email you or update ebay with the courier name and tracking number.
• If no one is present at the point of delivery the courier will leave a calling card so that you may contact them to organize for re delivery or pickup at the depot. Redeliver will mostly incur and additional fee.
• We usually stock all advertised items. However we cannot always guarantee stock availability. If an item is out of stock we will endeavor to notify you immediately, and advise you of the expected delivery date. WE are happy to refund immediately if the new date does not suit.
