VERY IMPORTANT: Payments must be made WITHIN 24 HOURS of Auction Closing, unless AquaSD provides an alternative arrangement at its discretion. Payments to be made via paypal, or visa cash/credit-card in person for local pick-ups.

Shipping is via UPS Next Day Delivery. We are more than happy to arrange for a specific shipping date, however items must be shipped within 2 business days of auction closing, unless an alternative is arranged with AquaSD prior to auctions closing. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions concerning this. Items will be shipped in insulated box with either a heat pack or cold pack depending on the weather conditions on the transit path.

WE SHIP ALL YOUR CORALS FOR A FLAT FEE OF $40

We are happy to combine ALL of your corals and ship them together in a single box whether you win one coral or all of them for only $40.

WE'LL SEND AN UPDATED INVOICE WITH ALL YOUR CORALS AND A SINGLE $40 SHIPPING FEE AFTER THE AUCTION CLOSES

We ship on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday. Please make sure to specify when paying for items the day you would like us to ship out your order, not the day you would like to receive them. If you do not tell us when to ship, items will be held until you do. If items are held for more than a week without prior arrangement, there will be a $5 Surcharge per Week.

If your shipping address is different from your paypal account address, you must contact us and notify us of the difference. If you do not, we are not responsible for any problems that may arise from us shipping to the paypal address.

D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival)

Live Arrival Guarantee! Provided shipment is accepted for on first delivery, AquaSD is not responsible for errors by shipping company, nor any "acts of god" that may affect the shipping procedure. Any and ALL DOA's must be notified to AquaSD within 2 hours of shipment arrival including a picture of the item.

IMPORTANT: Please note that we do not accept Refunds on DOA's, however we do offer exchanges for the same coral that arrived deal on your "NEXT ORDER"
