 We accept cheques, postal order and credit card payments over the phone. Please make all cheques and postal orders to 365 fashions. Payments are expected within 10 days of purchase. We offer two postal delivery services: First and Second class recorded delivery for domestic buyers. Overseas parcels are dispatched via First class International signed for service. We try and be fair with our postage charges, please bare in mind we charge for postage and packaging.  UK First Class Recorded Delivery - £3.95 UK Second Class Recorded Delivery - £2.95 UK Express Delivery - £6.95 Europe First Class Recorded Delivery - £7.95 Rest Of The World Recorded Delivery - £9.95  If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to refund or exchange any clothing item within 14 days of receipt (excludes postage) as long as the item is received in a saleable condition with its original tags intact and was purchased in a fixed price format. Return postage is only chargeable if the item is faulty, or if a business seller failed to tell the buyer before the purchase that the buyer is responsible for returns costs for remorse returns. However for all items that were purchased in an auction style format we are happy to refund or exchange if we are notified immediately and the item is returned within 48 hours of receipt. An ebay 'returns case' MUST be opened which provides a formal record of the transaction and is for the benefit of both buyer and seller. The buyer is responsible for the returns postage cost unless the item is deemed faulty. For Hygiene reason we do not accept returns on any pierced jewellery items.
