Royal mail 2nd class post is the free post we use normal 2/5 working days. 

If faster shipping is required we offer 2 options = parcel force 24 hour and parcel force 48 hour ( at additional cost)

If a missed card is left buy the Currier it is the CUSTOMERS responsibility to arrange a new delivery time/date with the Currier.

We use Ebay Global shipping program for all over seas postage. the postage cost is set by ebay for this service.

if you are not happy with your product and need to return it to us for any reason we do request that your original invoice (if available) is sent back to us along with the item in its originalpackaging

along with your contact details and the reason for returning the item to make this easier and quicker for us to deal with it for you.

if a wrong size is orders and you need to exchange it for a different size the postage cost for sending it back to us and for us to send a replacement must be covered by the customer.

All items that are said to be faulty will be checked and sent back to the manufacture  before a refund is issued.
