RETURN/REFUND POLICY

1) This is a non-return service

2) No refund if :

-  the device is not activated (refer to II & III)

- incorrect IMEI/UDID (refer to V)

- could not follow the instruction due to you are not familiar with PC or dont know how to download the file, ...

- after unlocked, you jailbreak your device or update/restore it from iTunes

3) Full refund if the software did not work and you could show the video/photo as an evidence
