For now I will absorb the letter rate increases. Overseas items more than 5mm thick are now classed as Small Package - I am really sorry but this makes items like eyes more expensive to send. I do adhere strictly to the eBay code of charging only what it costs to pack and send orders. I do not make items 'POST FREE' because this charges buyers repeatedly on every item. I charge only what Royal Mail demand for weight or thickness; any excess is refunded. If you change your mind and return an item in re-saleable condition I will exchange it or refund the original price of the item. Obviously the buyer must pay the postages.
