DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

We try and get your item to you as quickly as possible. In most cases we will post out the next working day after payment is received.

UK postage is by Royal Mail 2nd Class.

If you need guaranteed next day delivery we can send your order by Royal Mail special delivery. Please contact us for a price.

International buyers, we ship by Royal Mail airmail and Parcel force worldwide.

 Please contact us for a price if you live outside the UK.

For UK buyers, we are happy to combine postage costs on multiple purchases made within one order. When 2 or more items are bought then the item with the highest P&P is charged at full price, each additional item will be £1 P&P. Wait to pay for all your purchases at once. Please click “request total from seller” link at checkout. We will calculate the discount for you and then send you an invoice with combined purchases on.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be very happy with your purchases. If, for whatever reason you wish to return your goods please return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to provide a refund excluding original cost of P&P providing the items are in perfect unworn condition with tags still attached.

We advise all customers to return goods via recorded delivery and keep proof of postage. We advise that returns are sent at your own expense.

Refunds will be processed within 5 days and will be for the cost of the item less any P&P costs.

Faulty items are refunded in full including 1st Class postage.

 

DE-LABELLING

Most of our items have cut/removed or partially removed inside labels. If needed this is then replaced with a sticky size/care label. This is a condition of sale to prevent any returns to the original store.

The de-labelling does not affect the quality if the garment in the slightest. It just means that you get a high quality item at a fraction of the original store price.

Our garments are overmakes, end of lines and surplus stock, they are not seconds. This is how we can pass on such huge savings to you our customer.
