Shipping Terms

If you live in the USA then we offer free shipping.
It should take up to 2-5 days for your order to arrive, with the exception of weekends and holidays which may take longer.
We use USPS or UPS standard delivery.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO/FPO addresses at the moment.
If you need your item as soon as possible, then please request next day or express delivery.
To check the estimated time of delivery, you can select the “Shipping and Payments” section, enter your details and eBay will provide an estimated time.
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours, however weekends and holiday orders will be processed on the next business day.

Payment Method

Please note that an 6.25% sales tax will be applied to Massachusetts customers.

Warranty

We offer a 6 month warranty on all our products. The warranty starts from the date of the original purchase. We are happy to replace any faulty items with a new one.
We also offer 30 days full refund.
If you would like to exchange or return your item, please do so within 30 days of the original purchase.
Please note that we cannot refund shipping or handling fees, and a 15% restocking fee ($10 minimum) may be applicable.
