Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days. Orders made before 8am Monday to Friday are generally despatched the very same day subject to cleared payment through PayPal. During exceptionally busy periods your order will be posted within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation and cleared payment. Orders are not processed on weekends and Bank Holidays.
If you still haven't received your item after the specified delivery time, please allow 10 working days for delivery (15 days for international delivery), before contacting us via eBay messaging service to further investigate your item location. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.

We now deliver all over the world. Please make note of the delivery prices below.
Ireland and Europe - £10.99 for the 1st item and £5.99 for each additional item.
Rest of the World - £15.99 for the 1st item and £7.99 for each additional item.

However, once the product has been sent, it is then the responsibility of the Royal Mail to complete the delivery of the purchase, and of the customer to report any problems.
