If you are unsatisfied with the product, you have 30 days from receipt of your item(s) to contact our customer service team to request a Return or Refund. Returns must be in the same condition as you received it right out of the box and included with all original packaging and accessories.
Return Merchandise Authorization
Customers need to contact us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization for returns, no exceptions!
Canadian Studio does not accept returns of the products from purchases older than 30 days.
If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error receives up to 50% of item's price.
