Size 2 - fits 1 Years to 3 Years ( Length from top of knot to point = 23cms )
Size 3 - fits 3 - 8 Years ( Length from top of knot to point = 27cms )

Machine Washable at 30 Degrees - Flat Dry - Medium/Hot Iron Setting

Payment


Payment is made via Paypal , either by using a registered account ,
or by using a Credit / Debit Card via Paypal. ( no need for an actual account ).

Payment must be made immediately on purchasing  your item/s.
Cheques / Postal Orders accepted from UK Buyers only. ( Dispatch of parcel will take longer on receipt of payment clearance ).

PLEASE NOTE:
Your order will be dispatched to the delivery address which is registered with your Paypal account or Credit/Debit Card details.

Shipping

Items are on a " Made to Order " basis unless otherwise stated differently..
AND can be shipped up to 5 working days from receipt of payment.
Where possible it could be sooner than this..
You will receive a notification of when your parcel is dispatched.

UK DELIVERY

Parcels are sent by Royal Mail - Recorded Delivery Service.
Estimated Delivery - 3- 5 Working Days
A Tracking Number will be sent to you when your parcel is dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Deliveries  -   please contact me for a new shipping quote.

Bush Boo Baby & Kids IS NOT responsible for the delay / lost of / or damage to your parcel while in transit.

If in the event of the customer not receiving their parcel  , the customer can download a claims form from the  Royal Mail website  using the following link below , this will instruct you how to go about putting a claim in.

Returns Policy


Returns ARE accepted on an exchange basis only.

Refunds ARE NOT available from Bush Boo Baby & Kids.

If you are unhappy with your purchase - please contact me immediately and I will be happy to discuss alternatives.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Please return the item/s in their original state with packaging & tags attached to Bush Boo Baby & Kids with-in 14 working days of receipt.
The BUYER is responsible for the return Postage costs.
The BUYER is advised to use a tracked delivery method.

PLEASE NOTE:

A new postage fee is payable by the buyer for the exchanged item/s.
This postage fee will be billed via Paypal prior to dispatch.)
