Returns are accepted
After receiving your item, if you are unhappy for some reason you can request a return within 14 days. If the sealed package in which earrings and nose studs have been supplied is opened, we regret that we cannot accept returns due to reasons of hygiene. The same applies if the hygiene label is removed from necklaces. Buyer pays return postage.
