(b) I'm happy to accept returns within 7 days of purchase for any reason at all unless

otherwise stated in the auction, on the condition that the item is in the exact same

condition as it was received in, so it can be re-sold as new. No smells of smoke/

perfume, stains, marks, or pet hairs please or I will not refund the full amount.

To to cover my time, unless the items is faulty then I will charge a 10% re-stocking

fee on returns to cover the original postage cost paid by me (usually £5), then

packaging materials, time spent going to the post office, administration time,

materials, and relisting time and costs. The buyer is responsible for postage and safe return.

(c) I dispatch items in 48 hours from payment, or in most case sooner, often on the same

day. All items are sent insured/and or signed for so that your purchase is covered. In the

event of loss, claimed non receipt, or damaged we expect you to co-operate with any

insurance claim fully, just as we uphold eBay buyer protection scheme so both parties are

covered and happy.
