Warranty and Return policy

If you have any question with the received item, please contact me before feedback left or dispute open so that I can give you a satisfied solution.

Return is available for any reason, but it must be done within 14 days after receiving your order, and the returned item should be in the original condition as we sent to you. If not for quality problem, I am afraid you need to cover the shipping, thank you!

Leather maintenance

1. Avoid being exposed to the Sun or wind for too long a time, no dust or rain water, or the genuine leather may turn hard and dark. Best maintain way is to wipe the water and dirt on the bag with a dry towel, clean it with some leather detergent, and then oil it before put it in a dry and shadow place.
2. Avoid carrying heavy stuff or the leather may be twisted and the bag gets shapeless. Far from sharp stuff, or there may be multi-shaving traces.
3. Far from fire, pressure, and tinder.
4. The natural pores on the leather are normal, so not guaranteed.
