Shipping
Items that are purchased with Free Shipping are sent via a Royal Mail Tracked 48hr service, please allow up to 3 working days for receipt of these items. Items shipped with Express Delivery (£5.95) are shipped via DHL on a next day service; items will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
Orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the same day.
Returns
Items can be returned up to 30 days from the date of receipt if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase. The customer will be responsible for the return postage costs. The item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unaltered & unmarked, with all tags and packaging intact. It must show no signs of wear or links removed. Please notify us via the link in my eBay within 48 hours of receiving the item.
We recommend that you send the item back to us via a tracked service to ensure proof of delivery, such as Royal Mail recorded delivery and keep a note of your tracking number. Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you and process a full refund within 7 working days to your PayPal account. This will be following a careful inspection of the item to ensure it is in its original unused state.

Faulty/ Unwanted Items
If there is a problem with your purchase, you’re covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee if you pay with PayPal. All our items undergo vigorous quality control checks before dispatch but in the very rare event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately to agree on the next course of action, either a refund, replacement or repair where applicable.
If you no longer require the item, we will issue you with a full refund. However, if no fault or damage is found by us upon receipt of the item we will not issue a refund for your return postage costs.
Warranty
All items come with a 12 month warranty; please contact us if your item develops a fault within this period. Please use the eBay messaging system to notify us of a fault as return of a faulty item is at times not required.
