Your lamp design will be shipped with instructions on how to assembly it. No glue or screws required, pieces simply slot together.
Important information! All of our products are manufactured at our workshop in Latvia and we use third party service to stock items at a warehouse in Bradford. If an item is not available in stock, it will be posted from our manufacturing site in Latvia! All shipments are track-able and you will be sent details on how to track your order. Average delivery time for orders sent from Latvia is 3-5 working days. When package is posted from Bradford, it will be sent via Royal Mail's 2nd class post.
We work hard to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible, as a result, items you purchase from our store will be shipped out within 1-2 working days after receiving payment confirmation, if for any reason there is a slight delay; you most definitely will receive a message from us to confirm the timetable.

When checking out please add a note to your order stating the color cord that you would like to receive as part of your order. As an alternative, you can also send us a message after checkout with your preferred cord color.
If no instructions are left, we will send you default option - white color cord.
If you are unfortunate enough to receive any of your purchased items that have been damaged in transit, are faulty, incorrect items or you are simply unhappy with the product received, please contact us within 14 working days of receipt of your order and we will look to either arrange a replacement item or offer a full refund for your order.
