Returns Policy: Goods may be returned unless listed otherwise within 14 days as long as they are received back in the condition sent with a note giving reason for return and your contact details. If an item does not fit or you have purchased the wrong size, you, the buyer will be responsible for return postage costs, we do not refund postage costs if an item is returned.
Feedback: Feedback will be left once we have received feedback from you to confirm that you have received your item/s. If for any reason you are unhappy with your item or the service we have provided please contact us before leaving feedback as we will always try to resolve any issues
Combined Postage: We cannot apply combined postage once payment has been made.
Postage: If you need an item for a spe cial occasion it is your responsibility to order in plenty of time. Postage times are estimated and can not be guaranteed, delivery times can be affected by traffic problems, adverse weather conditions etc, we do not refund postal charges.
