Payment Policy 
 * Payment is acceptable through PayPal only. 
 * Please make the payment within 48 hours after your order or bidding selection. 

Shipment Policy 
 * Our shipment reaches most of the countries around the world. 
    However, some countries are excluded.
   (No shipment for Africa, Brazil, Bolivia, Mexico, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka, Poland, Uruguay)
 * Our shipment is made to your eBay-registered address only. (Please check your address in advance.)  
 * If your PayPal payment is completed, your order will be shipped within 2 business days. 
 * Our shipment is made via registered airmail for small packages by a Korean post office. 
 * For our MotherBoards and items, a tracking number is provided after shipment. 
 * Our shipping takes 10-18 business days (US). 
    (It may take 2-3 days longer due to the holidays, policies, or flight cancellation of your country.)  
 * No shipment will be made on the holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays in Korea. 
 * No shipment can be made to PO/APO/FPO Box.
 * ARK computer is responsible for the shipping cost in Korea only. 
    If there are other costs such as your country’s customs, import, and customs clearance costs, you must pay the costs. 
    (Please check the duties, import cost, and customs clearance cost of buyer country before placing an order.)

Refund Policy 
 * In case of DOA (Dead On Arrival) or defective items, you can request an exchange or a full refund. 
   (Please let us know the RMA number at the back of your main board via eBay mail or message.)
   (In that case, the return and exchange shipping cost will be paid by the ARK computer.)
 * However, if you wish to return your item because you don’t like it or haven’t checked the compatibility, you must pay the return shipping cost. 
 * A refund or exchange will be made within 30 days from the date of  your order. 


Our MotherBoards(MainBoards) have the following features. 
   * Good working conditions and fully tested. 
   * IO plate included.
   * Updated as the latest BIOS version of the manufacturer.
   * Disposable thermal grease included.
   * New CMOS batteries for the MotherBoard.
