One of the most stunning
Nippon tea cup and saucer sets I have ever come across.  This beautiful pedestal tea cup and saucer is decorated in masses of gold and enameled jewels with hand painted roses. An exquisite example of Nippon hand painted craftsmanship. There is no gold wear and there are no chips cracks or repairs. Contains a blue marking from Nagoya, Japan, where Nippon originated from. Circa 1850-1900.


Dimensions: Tea Cup: 3.75" Diameter x 2.5" Tall. Saucer: 5" Diameter.
