If you are paying by PayPal and it is processed as an e-cheque please note that we cannot release your order until the payment has cleared (which can take 10 days).  This is a PayPal issue and so you may need to contact them directly if they process your payment as an echeque. We cannot dispatch an item until payment is cleared.

If you wish to return your order for any reason please note that we must be notified by via eBay messaging service within 14 days of delivery and the goods must be returned in the original condition and must not have been used.

Please note that all returns are the responsibility of the buyer and we are unable to refund the cost of returning the item.

If you order has arrived damaged or is incorrect then we will replace it for you free of charge, but if you prefer to return the item for a refund then we will pay for postage.
