We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a shipping fee only to cover our costs of materials and labor. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible.

P.O. Boxes: Work Boot World does not ship to P.O. Boxes in the continental US.

Free shipping listings: All free shipping listings refer to Continental US, non P.O. Box addresses. All other non continental addresses will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail only. Additional shipping and handling may be warranted for these addresses. 

International shipping: All international shipping is done via USPS Priority Mail International and will be inspected before shipping to ensure that all listings are correct.

Returns are only accepted if they are brand new, unworn and in the original box with receipt. We WILL NOT ISSUE A RETURN WITHOUT PRIOR CONSENT. WARNING: If footwear is returned worn, no refund will be given and eBay will be contacted to open a fraud case. Returns will be given as money back through PayPal only.
