A hackintosh is
simply any non-Apple hardware that has been made—or “hacked”—to run Mac OS X.
This could apply to any hardware, whether it’s a manufacturer-made or
personally-built computer.
Picking out hardware and building a computer is often the most daunting
part of this process. Thankfully, we’re here to do a lot of the work for you!
This is a custom built to order
computer. It does not include any Mac O/S. Windows 10 is pre installed.
Augment Computer Policies
We do our best to offer great products at a great price backed by exceptional service. We have outlined below what our typically policies are so that you as our customer can have confidence in your purchase, knowing exactly what you can expect us to do. If you have any questions or concerns please let us know and if you are not satisfied with the level of service you received, please contact us before leaving feedback.
Shipping :
Items are typically shipped with in 1 business days of payment being accepted.
Actual shipping address will need to be supplied especially for larger items, which are typically shipped FedEx.
Smaller items are shipped via Postal Service Priority Mail. Items less than 1 lb. actual shipping weight may be shipped via USPS First Class mail which could take 1 day longer than Priority Mail.
All international shipping will be via USPS Priority Mail unless otherwise specified in listing.
Local pickups are welcome, please contact us if you would like to come and pick the item up.
Combined Shipping :
We do combine shipments for multiple orders; you will need to contact us before purchasing and making payment for any shipping discounts to apply.
There will be no refunds for shipping once payments are made, because eBay charges for the total purchase price even if refunds are given.
Payments :
PayPal is our preferred method of payment. All other forms of payment must be authorized first.
For local pickups, cash is preferred.

Returns :
Returns are typically accepted for up to a period of 30 Days
Return must be authorized before shipping back and a copy of the original purchase agreement and return authorization email must be included with the returned item, in order to insure the return is processed affectively and a refund is issued quickly.
Refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of the returned item.
If a buyer wishes to return an item due to changing their mind or some other reason, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges incurred for their item, if free shipping was offered, the actual shipping charges will be held back from the original purchase price. (Free shipping does not mean that we are not charged to ship your item).
The buyer will also be expected to pay the cost to return the item.
In addition a 15% restock fee will be charged for the item and the balanced returned to the buyer. All items must be returned in a similar condition to when they were shipped. If the item is returned in a condition that makes it unable to be resold, no refund will be issued for that item.
Resolving issues :
For all items shipped and returned due to a mistake or misrepresentation on the part of Augment Computer, we will do our best to resolve the issue to the satisfaction of you our customer.
There will be no additional charges for returning an item or for us to ship a replacement. We do require the buyer to ship the item back to us but upon receipt of the item we will refund the buyer for any additional shipping charges.
We will also refund the buyer their original shipping charges if, because of our mistake, an item must be shipped back to us, and typically for us to remedy a mistake the item must be returned.
