Testing Of Electrical Items
We test for function only, we do not open casings nor will we perform any diagnostics. We will list known faults (if any) in our description of the product.
We do not use stock photos, what you see in the photos are the actual product that you will receive and although we try to be as descriptive as possible on each of our items and point out the measurements and any flaws with our pieces which are generally being acquired through auctions and estate sales, understand though that we are not experts by any means and may miss something, so if you have any questions or concerns that the description or pictures cannot answer, please feel free to message me and I will do my best to answer.
Returns
To provide the best customer service with your purchase, we provide a 30 day hassle free return policy so you can shop with confidence and all returns are processed on Friday of each week. Please note that the buyer pays return shipping and there will be a 20% restocking fee. All returns are processed Fridays of each week.
Shipping
We generally offer different shipping options for you to decide what is best for you unless we deem that it is not cost effective, with that being said we generally only ship with the options provided, if you need a different method please contact us and we will see what we can do, but no guarantees that we can facilitate your needs. International shipping is through eBay’s Global Shipping Program ONLY, No exemptions for this.
