Item Description
Children's Climbing Wall Starter Pack includes 15 stones, 10 medium and 5 small stones.
These Climbing Stones come in a variety of bright colours and shapes measuring 80mm approx - medium and 70mm approx - small, they are made from Poly-Resin, which is high in strength.
Each rock is fitted with bolts and screws in stainless steel (included).

Fixing and tightening holds.
Drill a clean straight 12mm hole in your board with a drill bit. We recommend that you use 18mm ply for your wood.
Once the hole is drilled, hammer in the T-nut into the back of the board.
Now place the bolt into the hold and then place that by hand into the hole you have just drilled, then with your Allen key tighten the bolt by hand. Avoid over-tightening, this is unnecessary and could cause damage to the hold. We will not accept and responsibility for any damaged caused due to over tightening.
Do not use torque wrenches or power drills to tighten the holds, as they may break under these types of torque. We recommend that our holds should be hand tightened.
Some of our holds have an additional fixing point for a wood screw (supplied).
Our bolt on holds can be fitted to brick walls using Expansion Sockets (not supplied).
Delivery
- Items will usually be despatched within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) subject to stock availability. Please note that Express orders must be placed before 12 noon.
- All goods are sent either via Hermes or 24 hour courier

Once you receive your goods, please inspect them for any damage during transit, and report said dama damage within 24hrs via e-mail. If all is well please leave feedback, so we are aware that you have received your goods. Please note that if there are any problems, contact us first via e-mail giving full details of any problem along with your user ID.
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase. However we are happy to accept returns provided we are informed within 14 days of the purchase date and subject to the following provisions:-
(1) The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.
(2) The item must be in a re-saleable condition upon its return.
(3) Please note that we will only refund reasonable postage costs if your return is due to a fault or mistake on our part. In all other circumstances the original postage cost is non-refundable. If you benefited from free p & p. a reasonable amount will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our initial postage costs.
(4) If your return is because the item wasn't suitable or you changed your mind the return postage costs are your responsibility. Once returned and found to be in a re-saleable condition you will be refunded for its original cost. The original postage cost is non-refundable. If you benefited from free p & p. a reasonable amount will be deducted from the refund amount to cover our initial postage costs.
7 days after we have despatched your order, if we have not been notified by you of any problem, or received feedback, we will send a feedback reminder.
We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of our couriers.
All refunds will be issued by the same method as payment was made as soon as returned items are received. An exchange will be sent as soon as the returned item and an additional postage payment (arranged and agreed prior to return) are received.
