We warranty all our mechanical parts with a 60 day guarantee.(We do not warrant engine computer parts.)
In the unlikely event that you receive a part that is not working the warranty covers the defective part or parts only and does not cover any labour costs you may have for fitting and/or removing of parts.

If you are unsure as to if a certain part will fit your vehicle then please call before ordering to check compatibility with your vehicle as any parts ordered incorrectly will be refunded for the price of the part only and does not cover postage and packing.

We offer free delivery on most items to UK Mainland only which only includes England,Wales and the lower parts of Scotland.For delivery to the Scottish Highlands , Ireland (Northern or Southern) or any UK Offshore Islands please contact us on 0208 890 2000 for an accurate delivery price before purchasing.

Please make sure you check all packages you receive from us before you sign for them to ensure the item has not been damaged in any way, during transit.
If the courier refuses to wait for you to open and examine the parcel then please write ‘damaged’ and then sign for it.This is to ensure that if needed we can still claim for any damages made by the courier company.
Should the item(s) you have ordered be damaged on delivery do not sign for them and please contact us immediately. If this process is not followed any credits cannot be claimed as couriers won't issue credits unless this protocol is followed.
