If an exact colour match is required, please order a wallpaper sample before placing your final purchase to avoid disappointment.

Always read the manufacturer's installation instruction either located on the label or packaging. These instructions will include important information specific to the installation of the product and must be fully adhered to.

Do not book a decorator until the order has been delivered and checked for damage and faults. If there are any damage or faults found after the order has been hung/installed we will not be able to assist.

Please always keep hold of all packaging and labels if there is a fault or damage to the product.

We will not be responsible for any installation cost or cancellation fees occurred if the order is delayed by courier or product is faulty.

All orders are collected by our couriers within 1 working day, if not sooner. Please be advised that some parcels may require a signature on delivery. Delivery costs can be seen in the 'Postage and payments' section of the listing.

We do delivery outside of the UK via eBay's Global Shipping Program.

International shipping is available. Please contact us via eBay Messaging Service or email sales@decorsave.co.uk, stating the product and a number of rolls required and we will get back to you with an accurate international shipping quote. The international shipping quote will not include the cost of local taxes, customs, and duty fees, these are the responsibility of the buyer. Unfortunately, we can not mark as gift or lower the value for international shipments.

We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier you picked at the checkout as long as you receive item in same or less shipping time quoted.

Wallpaper Samples are eligible for free delivery within the UK and will be delivered by Royal Mail within 5 days of the purchase date. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship sample outside of the UK.
