The Yoga Mad Yoga Block is best used for cushioning within inversions. Spacer blocks of 1” are particularly useful when needing to reduce or increase the height of one’s lift by less than 2” (5cm) in one go. Available in non-toxic, scratch-resistant first grade EVA foam with 3mm chamfered edges.

Next Day Delivery
We offer a Next Day Delivery service via DPD, and we will ship all orders on the same day if they are received before 2pm.
Orders received before 2pm on a Friday with the Next Day Delivery service will be delivered on Monday.
Any deliveries made by DPD will require a signature.
Royal Mail First Class
All orders received before 3pm will be shipped the same day via Royal Mail First Class. Orders received after 3pm will be shipped the following working day.
Royal Mail First Class delivery typically takes 1-2 working days to arrive.

DPD Classic
We will ship all DPD Classic orders the same day, if received before 2pm.
Customers in France will receive their orders within 2 working days of placing the order.
Customers in Spain will receive their orders within 3-4 working daysof placing the order.
Royal Mail International
We will ship all Royal Mail International orders the same day, if received before 3pm
Customers in France and Spain will receive their orders within 5 working daysof placing the order.
