--- Warranty ---
* The delivery company’s insurance will cover the costs of item(s) damage or loss during shipment.
* In case of initial malfunction or manufacturing defect,
Within 30 days of delivery: item(s) will be repaired at the Japanese manufacturer and shipped back to you.

It will take approximately 1 month to repair item(s). You will pay the
return shipping costs to Japan, and we will pay the shipping cost from

* If item(s) started to malfunction between 30 and 180 days due to manufacturing defect, you may return it to us.
* We will arrange to repair item(s) at the manufacturer in Japan and ship it back to you after the repair is done.
* You will pay the return shipping costs to Japan, and we will pay the shipping cost from Japan to your address.
e.g. You will pay the shipping costs from the US to Japan. After item(s) was repaired in Japan, we will ship it back to you.
* We will pay the shipping cost from Japan to the US.
* Any damages caused by users such as drops, self repair, water damage are out of warranty scope and not to be covered.
--- Returns and Refunds ---
* You may return unused, unopened item(s) with all original documents (packaging, manuals, warranty cards, box, and accessories)
within 30 days of delivery for full refund except shipping costs.
You will pay the return shipping costs to Japan.
* Only unused item(s) can be returned with refunds.
* Restocking Fee: 10% of item amount will be applied to the buyer as Restocking Fee when the buyer wants to return the item and refund.
