About our Bathroom Vanities
Material: We are proud to present our Eco-friendly bathroom vanities, which are made of solid wood structure and fully compliant with CARB 93120 standard, unless noted otherwise. All surfaces have been treated with multi-layers protection to prevent any expand, contract, or warp.
Construction: All bathroom vanities are fully assembled at the factory, unless noted otherwise, with a large opening in the back for plumbing installation.
Countertop: Unless noted otherwise, all of our bathroom vanities come with solid natural stone countertops with pre-drilled holes for faucet installation. Backsplashes are, however, not available due to high freight damage occurrences. We recommend either shopping at your local hardware store for matching stone, or consider using tile as an alternate backsplash. Individual personality of each stone top is further expressed by anomalies such as veining and coloration, as the nature of stone. No two pieces of stone tops are exactly the same. We highly recommend you to seal any stone surfaces before installation to avoid any dirt or stain from getting into the stone.
Cabinet Finish: Each of our fine bathroom vanity is a one-of-a-kind masterpiece, detailed with a multi-step finishing process.With individual technique and interpretation, no two pieces are exactly the same. Actual color may appear darker in different lighting or vary slightly due to different computer monitor display settings.
Distressed Style: Distressed cabinet design is a style of wood treatment that gives many of our pieces a more antique or weathered look. Some people may confuse this design style with defects or imperfections in the cabinet itself, however, pits, grooves or knotty wood areas in the cabinet are part of our distressed design style and totally normal.

Sales Tax and other charges
- All shipments to California are subject to a 7.75% sales tax.
- For all shipments going outside of the contigous 48 states, buyer is responsible for any duty, taxes, brokage and related charges.

Order will be shipped out only AFTER we go over the receiving instruction with you over the phone.
- Be sure to provide your correct shipping address; otherwise, you will be responsible for any change of address fee charged by the carrier.
- Your order would be delivered via a freight carrier, oftentimes, by a 53' semi-truck, which could easily weight 20-40 tons.
- Therefore, some rural areas, islands, or otherwise inaccessible locations (deep hill, gravel road, long driveway, narrow road, private road, etc.) may not be deliverable by our contracted carriers.
- In some cases, carrier may be able to provide special arrangement (hiring a local moving company, renting a smaller truck for final delivery, etc.); however additional fees apply. Please feel free to contact us for details before purchasing.
- All shipments are curbside delivery at carriers' normal business hours with a 4-hour window appointment.
Damages
To provide a safer transit, all large and heavy items are boxed with protective Styrofoam and heavy duty cardboard edges. Top and bottom are also reinforced for extra safety measures. Shipments will also be shrink-wrapped if they contain more than one box, and they are always strapped down to pallets when shipped via LTL freight carrier for stability.
Even with all of the extra measures we take to ensure a safe and complete transit , nonetheless, damages or shortage may still occur. In case such an event should occur, in order for us to replace any item(s) free of charge or issue a credit, we ask you to inspect all boxes and note any damage/shortage on the delivery receipt (driver's copy). If the carrier use a handheld device instead of paper receipt, please make sure the driver note the damages for you onto his system. After the driver leaves, report to us immediately if there are any problems with the item(s) along with supporting pictures. Please be sure to keep all the original packaging for any returns.

Please inspect the outside of each box and note any damage/shortage when signing the delivery receipt or make sure driver enter the note onto his handheld device! Delivery receipt is a binding contract. By signing the receipt without any notation of damage/shortage, the customer is stating that all items are in 100% good condition, inside and out, and agree to release all liabilities from us (the seller) and the freight carrier. Upon arrival, if there are any shortages or damages, regardless how minor, you must make a note on the delivery receipt when you sign for your shipment. Failure to note shipping damage will result in our inability to offer an exchange, return or refund.

All damages/shortages must be reported to us with supporting photos within 24 hours from time of delivery, so that we can file a claim for you in a timely manner. Please be sure to keep all the original packaging of the shipment for any return.

Refusing delivery for any non-damage or non-defect reason, at our discretion, is subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the shipping costs from and to our warehouse.
- Any insurance claim without a damage/shortage note on the driver's delivery receipt will be declined by the freight carrier, and so no refund or replacement can be made.
Returns
- You may return an unused, un-installed, undamaged item with its original box and packaging in new condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund less all shipping costs occurred (even when it was free shipping at time of purchase).
- All returns MUST be pre-authorized by us.
- Please note that it usually takes us 2-4 business days to process returns after they arrive at our location. We will notify you via e-mail after the return is processed.
Warranty
- Unless noted otherwise, all of our items come with a 30-day limited manufacturer warranty (for USA only) from the date of delivery.
- Supporting pictures of the affected area are required. If we determine the item is defective, at our sole discretion, the part or product will be repaired or returned for a replacement or a refund.
- This warranty is voided if the item has been subjected to faulty maintenance, abuse, misuse, accident or other damage; if it was not installed properly; if it was modified or altered in any way.
