1. Where do your items come from?
All of our items come direct from Dell and are original.
2. What is the difference between New, Dell Outlet New, and Refurbished?
New items are brand new in the Dell retail box. Dell Outlet New are new items that have been repackaged by Dell in the Dell Outlet box. Refurbished items are returned to Dell by the customer. Dell tests the items, reinstalls the operating system, and packages them in the Dell Outlet box.
3. Where can I get drivers, manuals, and support for my item?
You can download these items at the Dell drivers, manuals, and more support website.
4. How do I receive service for my item?
If you ever require service all you have to do is contact Dell and they will be able to handle any servicing you need during the warranty period.
5. How is the Dell warranty transferred to me?
Upon receipt of your item please contact us by email or Ebay messaging with the service tag number of your item, your full name, address, and phone number and we will complete the ownership & warranty transfer into your name.
6. Are all of your items in stock?
Yes all items are in stock and ready for immediate shipping.
7. Where do you ship from and do you offer faster shipping?
All of our items ship from Pennsylvania and we do offer expedited shipping.
8. Why is a signature required for delivery of my item?
Paypal's Protection Policy requires a signature for all items priced $750.00 or above.
9. What if my item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described please contact us by email or Ebay messaging and we will make it right.
10. Do international customers have to pay additional fees?
Import fees, custom charges, and taxes are handled entirely by Ebay and are collected at checkout automatically. You will have the opportunity to review these charges before completing your purchase.
11. What condition are the refurbished items in?
Most refurbished items will have little to no cosmetic issues. However if you will contact us before purchasing we will gladly inspect a particular item for you so that you know its exact condition.
12. Do you offer upgrades on your items?
We do offer upgrades on items, please contact us before purchasing to check availibility & pricing.
13. Do the pictures on your auction show the actual item?
All pictures are sample pictures and are only for illustration purposes.
