Rare non sweep seconds ETA 2824 gilt movement - High Quality

This watch is used but has been serviced and cosmetically refreshed to see it through a second life.

Comes supplied with a genuine Rotary box ( not original ) and a new black leather 18mm strap with matching gold plated buckle.

Movement has been serviced and timed within reasonable accuracy for the age and wear of the piece, more than suitable for daily wear.

Automatic winding is fine but can also be wound manually to start the movement when not worn for periods of time.

Dial is original has  been left uncleaned with original laquer giving it a nice patina, although this could actually be cleaned off and re laquered if required.

The hands are unique to this watch as the movement normally displays a sweeping seconds hand, but this edition is adapted by Rotary to show only hour & minute hands.

Overall a nice quality timepiece matched with a accurate and reliable Swiss movement.

Being a used vintage watch there will be signs of use and the watch is not perfect, but photos should reveal any flaws so look closely.
