Authenticity
All of our jewellery is guaranteed to be genuine and authentic PANDORA jewellery and each piece has the PANDORA hallmarks of authenticity:
ALE – PANDORA ’s unique hallmark, and
S925 – international standard for all sterling silver jewellery*, or
585 – international standard for all gold jewellery
* beginning in June 2011 PANDORA has added an 'S' in addition to 925, a change in the international standard to identify silver jewellery. Some of the older charms will still have no 'S' and only the traditional 925.
We source all of your jewellery from an authorised PANDORA stockist and we buy in large quantities and for this reason are able to offer some great prices.
All Hallmarks are not visible to the eye, and if unsure please do contact us for advise.
Fixtures
Please also note, all charm fixtures are different, we are happy to advise if the charm is a screwable charm, slip on charm or a clip on charm.

Shipping Terms
UK
All our items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Economy service. We try to get all orders delivered within 10 working days, but set a longer delivery time to meet any issues that may arise such as delivery delays, public holidays etc.
If you require the item before the current estimated delivery date, please send us an Ebay message or note for seller within eBay item purchased, so we can advise if this date is achievable.
Outside of UK
Usually take around 10-22 business days.
If you are paying by Paypal you will need to ensure that the correct postal address is updated in your Paypal account. To maintain both buyer and seller protection in the event of a lost or missing parcel we will only post to the address selected in your Paypal account which is nominated as the shipping address when you go to checkout and pay.
If, in the unlikely event, your package has not arrived after 15 business days for international customers, please contact us with your confirmed shipping address and we will follow up with the postal services.
