Although we ship within 24-48 hours, once your items leave our local post office, shipping times vary widely depending on numerous factors. We have no control over those factors. Shipping may take as long as 30-40 days or it may only take a week or two. You will be provided with a customs form number which will only show you the date your items were dropped off at our local post office. Actual tracking is available but we don't offer it because it is outrageously expensive. You will see proof of when your items were shipped, but that is all the customs number does. Please email us after 30 days if you do not receive your package.

If you paid via credit card through paypal then you will not see the refund until your next billing cycle as it takes an average of 30 days for the refund to show on your credit card.
