We send orders  by USPS First Class, every day at Noon (Eastern Time).

All packages are accompanied  with a Tracking  number.

Returns are accepted only if the item is in new condition and with original package.

Refunds are made as soon as the merchandise is returned.

We DO NOT offer refunds for returning shipping fees.
