PAYMENT:
For safety and ease of transaction we currently only accept payments via PayPal. All payments MUST be made within SEVEN days of purchasing your item. Stock availability cannot be guaranteed after this point and you may risk having your item relisted.
POSTAGE:
Most of our UK items are sent out via Royal mail. The international packages will be tracked and sent via airmail.
DELIVERY:
To ensure safe shipment to our customers, all our packages are handled with care. Once payment has been cleared, your order will be processed by us within 24 hours to 48 hours. Most Items will be posted same day. We currently post to customers in the UK and some items International.
RETURNS:
Our main target is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase for whatever reason, we are willing to issue you a full refund within 28 days of buying, this is EXCLUDING P&P. However, the items ordered must be returned to us in its original packaging and in unused condition.
Due to the substantially affordable prices we offer our customers across our range, we are, unfortunately, unable to offer free returns.
Refunds will be made once we receive the items in good condition and have thoroughly checked them. Payments will then be reimbursed to your original method of payment.
