PAYMENT OPTION
We currently accept Pay Pal and card payments for our customers.
If you'd like to pay by card then please choose Pay Pal as the payment option during checkout, and there is an option for those without an account to input their card details.
For international customers we accept Pay Pal.
We will only ship the item once payment has cleared.

DELIVERY
we use the Royal Mail 48 hr service. Two working day delivery is not guaranteed but enjoys a very high success rate.
We also offer special delivery which is chargeable. If your payment clears before 12pm, we will process it the same day, and you will receive your item before 1pm the day after that. To guarantee delivery for Saturday before 1pm, the deadline to order would be Thursday before 12pm.
Any items purchased for international customers the delivery rates will differ please contact us for prices via eBay email.
We aim to despatch items on the same day or within 24 hours. We do not operate on weekends and UK public holidays as the postal service does not operate on these days.
If the item has not been delivered as you have been unavailable to accept the delivered package, you will be posted a card to advise that the item has not been able to be delivered. The item will be returned to your local Royal Mail sorting office where you will be expected to pick it up within a given time period. If the item has not been collected the package will be returned back to us. We will then require you to repay the original postage cost of the item, or a refund will be given minus the postage costs.
Any items that a customer has brought which is their fault and is the wrong item, then the customer will need to return the item and pay for the return postage. Also if the customer requires a replacement/exchange of this wrong item the customer will need to pay for postage to send the item back. If it is the sellers error then we are happy to pay the return postage.
RETURNS
We here shoesforyou07 pride ourselves to provide you with a hassle free online shopping experience and give you the peace of mind that your items will be delivered on time, and as requested.
However if for any reasons you are not happy with your purchase then we request that you return the item unworn, used and is its in a resalable condition and let us know within 4 days of your receiving the item we will happily offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt. Please note if the items are not returned back in the condition for the return policy then a refund can not be made.
We also suggest you obtain a returns receipt from the post office when you send back an item as a proof of item being posted.
Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. You pay to send the items back to us, but if you want an exchange we'll pay to send the exchange to you (UK customers only).

Disclaimer
These are shelf pulls. All items are new in packs, because of the nature of the plastic packaging, some may have bumps, scrapes, dents etc, or even have missing bits of plastic, some packs may have labels on them. This only affects the retail packaging, the items inside are in perfect condition.
