Returning An Item

You can return an item for a refund or exchange it for a different size within 30 days of receiving your original order

Please complete the section at the bottom of the invoice you received with your parcel and enclose it together with the products you are returning so that we can quickly and correctly process your return

We only offer exchanges for a different size in the same product so please indicate the size you would like to exchange for when returning your product. Please contact us should you have any problems

Faulty Or Wrong Item

If the item which you have received is faulty or is not what you originally ordered then please return the item or items to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.

Please return your item(s) to us together with any relevant paperwork and a comment to tell us how you would like to proceed, i.e. a full refund or an exchange. Return the parcel to us at the address given above.
