We are a small independent Outdoor Specialist, selling a variety of camping, hiking and sports products at competitive prices. We have a small shop in the Midlands which we have had for 7 years now, and see ebay as a chance to share our passion for the outdoors with many more like minded folk like yourselves. All our products are from Top outdoor and sports equipment manufacturers, Brand new, labelled and with original packaging as appropriate.

We aim to provide the very best service to all our customers, and hope that if you are pleased with your experience with us, you will spread the word. EBay is a very competitive market place, and we often can't compete on price against the buying power of the big boys, but we hope to out shine them on service to you.

Customers rely heavily on feedback ratings to make purchasing decisions, so if you have been happy with us, we would appreciate positive feedback. A score of 4 or 5 counts as positive. A score of 3 or below is counted by eBay as negative, so if you feel our service has fallen to that level, please contact us before you leave feedback, and we will do our utmost to resolve any problems you may have.

We check e-mail 7 days a week, often till late in the evenings, so if you have a question, or want information or advice, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we will be more than happy to help. Your custom is important to us.

At Myoutdoorstore we understand that when you order a product you want it to arrive as soon as possible and with the minimum of fuss, so when an order is received by us we promise to dispatch it within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). 
Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday will be packed on the day and dispatched on the following Monday.

To reduce costs for our customers, we dispatch all items via Royal Mail 48hour service, or we may use the Hermes or Parcel Force depending on weight and value of order.
The estimated delivery time for this service is delivery by the 3rd working day after the day of posting. 
Whilst Royal Mail state that most items will be delivered within these time frames, it can occasionally take up to 15 days. 
Unfortunately once the items are with Royal Mail we lose any influence and control over their delivery.

We ask all customers to be patient when waiting for their products to arrive. 
If for some reason you have not received your product within a reasonable length of time then please don't hesitate to contact us so we can look into it for you.

If you require a purchased item to arrive quickly or by a specific time, we recommend you choose one of our Parcel Force options.
 
Orders received after 1.00pm with cleared funds will be sent the following working day on the Chosen Service.

International Shipping
All international shipments will be sent via Royal Mail International Tracked.

We warrantee and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. You can return your order at any time up to 30 working days after the day of delivery. To do this please email us through the eBay messaging service, or write to us for instructions.

You do not have to give a reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in future.

Upon receipt of the goods in saleable condition we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange as required.

Please note International postage, and additional postal charges will not be refunded.

The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you and you should ensure that the goods are adequately packaged to protect against damage.

The right to return goods to us, as referred to above will not apply in the following circumstances:-

In the event that the product has been used.
If you have defaced the product in any way, e.g. writing on packaging.
This Returns policy does not affect your legal rights, for example, if goods are faulty or have been inaccurately described.

If you feel your order is faulty, please send the item back to us, along with a copy of your order, via 2nd Class Recorded Delivery.
We will inspect it upon receipt and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.
