If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, the item must be returned in the same condition as received within 14 business days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price – shipping costs are non-refundable. If a mistake was made in our error, then return shipping costs will also be refunded. Return Policy: Custom Made Orders Policy & Return Policy
As a general rule, we do not accept returns on custom made items. However, we try to be fair and reasonable for our customers and will comply do to what we can in order to remedy any dissatisfaction, by which we will consider repair, exchange, or refund solely at our discretion. There is generally, but not limited to, a three week period for custom orders; however, a notification will be sent with a more specific time estimation to the buyer, or upon specific request– as each type of request may require differing times.
Domestic Shipping & Handling
~ Will combine shipping costs for multiple-order purchases wherever applicable, so please email us if you have a multiple-order purchase before you pay for an item – we will send you a revised invoice for the combined shipping cost.
~ Most items are immediately shipped out upon receipt of payment; some items we will estimate delivery times based upon availability of item(s) when an order is placed
~ All shipping costs are calculated by weight/distance.
