• Each product will be professionally tested before packing. Simple items such as watch straps, parts of watch movements etc. will be inspected to find possible defects.
• Watch movements will be professionally checked on the special equipment and manually. For watch movements we will check: accuracy, amplitude, quick date setting, functionality of the chronograph buttons and possibly other indicators.
• Goods such as watch straps, watch parts and so on will be packed in a bubble wrap envelope or carton box, depending on the goods type and size.
• Watch movements are always packed in a hard carton box with plenty of bubble film inside. In fact watch movement feel itself in our packaging as good as in the watch case! So any damage during transit is mostly impossible unless the package was strongly squeezed or have other kind of visible hard damage. 

• Each item will be shipped within maximum 3 working days after your payment.
• If you choose express delivery please add valid phone number.
• Transit time is different for different destinations, average transit time is about 15 days, if you didn't receive your order after 30 days it was shipped, you can contact us for tracking number if it wasn't uploaded earlier.
• We are not responsible for any delays during the transit because it is out of our control, however we will choose the best shipping way to let you receive your order safe and as quickly as possible.
• Any customs duties or other taxes are buyers responsibility, however we will do our best to let you receive your order tax free or with lowest tax possible.

• Returns accepted within 14 days after the item was delivered.
• Item must be returned in its original condition and packaging. We wouldn't accept returns of item which has signs that it was installed by buyer, these things are easy to determine.
• Buyer pays return shipping.
