Reusable Portable non-electric heating pad or cold pack is filled with THERAPEUTIC grade lavender essential oil  treated flax and wheat. Therapeutic grade lavender oil is commonly used in aromatherapy to calm and soothe, making this pad a wonderful tool  for the relief of headaches, muscle aches, sinus congestion, neck pain, back aches, shoulder pain, cramps, headaches, migraines, fever, sore muscles and joint pain.

Pad releases moisture during the heating process, so it actually becomes a portable moist heating pad.

This pad is uniquely designed to contain and evenly distribute the filler.  It is made using three layers of 100% cotton fabric. The bottom layer of fabric is a super soft  flannel that is smooth and un-stitched for added comfort to the user. The medium size of 8" x 20" is a versatile for both children and adults. For children, it is large enough to wrap around shoulders , waist or lower back and can be easily  be folded to concentrate heat/cold to a smaller area, head, elbow, knee, etc.

For adults it is a nice portable size for behind the neck, for the forehead and over eyes or to lay on lower back or abdomen.

For use as a heat pad, simply microwave, or store in the freezer and use it as a cold pack

To Heat: Place in microwave and heat for 1 minute. Heat for additional  30 seconds intervals,  for up to 3minutes total , until desired warmth is reached.

For Cold: Place in zip lock bag and place in freezer until ready to use.
